1Items that are broken, broken
Broken, damaged, or missing items, we can assist you. Please contact us within a week after the order has been placed.

If you received the wrong item or if something was missing in the order, please contact us within a week of delivery. We will resolve this at no additional charge, as quickly as we can.
Return delivery
We will cover the cost of return shipping for all authorized returns, which include items that are broken or wrong. If a return is not necessary, we provide instructions for disposal.
